Illustrated postcard depicting a parade of the Nice Carnival with a massive three-billed duck mascot, piloted by a caricatured character, in front of a dense crowd. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence dated May 3, 1939, sent to Mrs. Legrand in Saint-Quentin, with the address of the publisher Levé et Neurdein in Nice. French 25-centime postage stamp, canceled.
