Correspondence room of the Casino in Vichy, with several people sitting at tables, decorated with frescoes and a chandelier. On the reverse, a 25-centime postage stamp, a Vichy dispatch postmark of 22 May 1918, and a handwritten address to Madame Théophile Chapelle in Saint-Genest-Lerpt (Loire).
