Black and white view of Châtelard Castle, ruins of a cylindrical tower and a ruined wall on a rocky promontory. The reverse indicates that the castle was built in the 13th century by the nobles of Châtelard, one branch of whom settled in La Thuiile, and that the current tower has belonged to the Gaspard Léaval family since 1691.
