Description

Black and white view of Bayeux Cathedral, highlighting its two Gothic towers and detailed architecture, with a garden in the foreground. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated August 15, 1909, addressed to a sister, mentioning an imminent departure and an epidemic in Cherbourg. A red 'République Française' postmark is affixed at the top left, with an obliteration 'CALVA' and the date '10 AOÛT 1909'.
