Interior view of the Chartres Cathedral featuring the Pillar Virgin, a statue adorned with an embroidered veil, framed by a richly decorated altar with sculpted columns and religious symbols. The back has a handwritten address to M. and Mme Jaffene in Sèvres (Seine), with a Paris postmark dated 21 October 1913, and a mention of the publisher ND Phor at the bottom of the front.
