Interior of the Chartres Cathedral, featuring the Pillar Virgin at the center of a richly decorated altar with sculpted columns, candles, and flowers. The back has a handwritten letter dated August 25, 1918, addressed to Madame Roux in Chartres, with a green 15-centime stamp and two cancellations from Chartres-Gaure.
