Detailed view of the southern portal of Chartres Cathedral, showing its three richly carved pointed arches with statues and bas-reliefs. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Françoise Caron in Suresnes, a 25-centime postmark from Chartres dated August 25, 1908, and the publisher Lévy & Neurdein Réunis, Paris.
