View of the Gothic façade of the Reims Cathedral, with its ornate central portal and rose window. The printed text indicates its history: rebuilt in the 9th century, destroyed in 1211, rebuilt in 1242, destroyed in 1914. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence dated 24 November 1914, addressed to 'Bon Rens', with a note about the postcard received on 28 October.
