Description

Black and white panoramic view of the village of Gauterets, nestled in a mountain valley with wooded slopes and snow-capped peaks, with scattered buildings. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 1, 1931, addressed to Monsieur Ganachard in Chantemerle, with a blue 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Gauterets (Hautes-Pyrénées).
