Description

View of the Chalain-la-Potherie castle with its monumental stone entrance, flanked by towers and fortification walls. The reverse shows handwritten correspondence dated 1929, addressed to 'Ma chère Géonie', with a signature of 'Henriette P. Loury' and a mention of the family in Chalain. The stamp and postmark are visible at the top right.
