View of the City Hall of Chalons-sur-Marne, a neoclassical building with colonnades and dome, in front of which stands a statue on a pedestal. In the foreground, the tracks of a tramway are visible. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Gudmont in Châlons-sur-Marne, with a 5-centime green stamp and a circular postmark from Chalons-sur-Marne dated August 24, 1908.
