Description

Statue of the Savoyard holding a flag, on a base adorned with heraldry, at the center of a square surrounded by a fence. On the back, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Roussel in Saint-Étienne, with a red stamp and a Chambéry cancellation dated 28 May 1928.
