Black-and-white view of Chamonix and Mount Blanc, framed by conifers, with an inscription at the bottom indicating the number 153. The reverse features handwritten text dated 30.8.49, addressed to 'Mme de Fives' in Paris VIII, with a postmark and partial cancellation.
