Panoramic view of the Mer de Glace glacier and the Hotel du Montenvers in Chamonix, with snow-capped mountains in the background. The back features a handwritten letter dated May 31, 1923, sent from Chamonix to Madame Quénichon in Paris, accompanied by a photo of an excursion.
