Black and white view of a glacier nestled between steep mountains, with snow-capped peaks in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1954 from Chamonix Mont Blanc, with handwritten text and a 20-franc stamp from the 'Wines of France' series. The address is in Paris, rue des Colonnes du Tôme.
