Description

Panoramic view in blue-gray of the Chamonix glacier, nicknamed 'The Sea of Ice', framed by steep mountains and pines. On the reverse, a handwritten address sends the card to Madame Yves de Gonnin in Saint-Martin-de-Réa, with a 50-centime stamp and a cancellation from Chamonix-Mont-Blanc dated February 9, 1925.
