Black and white aerial view of the village of Chamonix surrounded by snow-capped mountains, with the Brévent visible in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 1958, sent from Chamonix to Paris, with a 15 franc postage stamp and a cancellation of May 1st, 1958.
