Description

View of the castle of Champlitte, an ancient building of the Vergey family from the 13th century, burned down around 1750–55 and rebuilt by Jean de Toulongeon. The back side has a handwritten correspondence dated May 24, 1912, addressed to Emma, with a correspondence address. The photograph is signed R. B. and the publisher is Reuchet, Fougerolles.
