View of the Lauture Well in St-Palais-sur-Mer, Charente-Inférieure, with several people sitting on a rocky promontory at the edge of the sea. To the right, a fishing equipment fixed to a pole. The reverse side features a handwritten correspondence addressed to Maurice Ventax in La Rochelle, with a note of the date Saturday 11 February 1911.
