View of the castle of La Rochefoucauld in Charente, with its conical towers and medieval architecture, overlooking a tree-lined road. Reverse: postcard sent to Madame Duflour in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (Seine), with a 10-centime green stamp and a postmark from La Rochefoucauld dated 23 April 1918. The publisher is F. Braun, phot.-edit., O. Royan, Charente-Inférieure.
