Engraved portrait of Charette de la Contrière, a ship's lieutenant born in 1763 in Couffé (Brittany), who joined Cathelineau in 1793, participated in the sieges of Nantes and Lyon, and was executed in Nantes in March 1796. Reverse: postcard with text indicating that foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front, and space for address and correspondence.
