Black and white view of a stone bridge with a single arch crossing the Merlet, surrounded by dense vegetation and rocks. Printed text at the bottom: 'CHARNAS (Ardèche) — Bridge over the Merlet'. Back: handwritten address to Almanach Jean Pavigny at Billancourt, dated 21 June 1930, with a stamp and cancellation from Blons (Isère) dated 30 December 1938.
