View of Chartres Cathedral, whose façade features a large rose window and two Gothic towers, dated around 1928. The reverse shows a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Michel Blaillly in Sabrau, via Chavanges, with two blue 40-centime stamps and a cancellation stamp of 'CHE GILON'.
