Illustration of the new bell tower of Chartres Cathedral, with printed text describing its history: begun after the fire of 1134, interrupted after the first floor, resumed after the fire of 1194, completed in 1506, with spire placed in 1691 and bronze cross in 1854. Reverse: blank postcard with text 'POSTCARD' and number '28' at the top left.
