Commemorative monument in Chartres dedicated to the children of Loir-et-Cher who died for the Fatherland, with the inscription 'À la mémoire des enfants d'Orne-et-Loir morts pour la Patrie'. Front: red stamp 'République Française' and postmark from Chartres station dated 1912. Back: handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Hug, 108 rue de la Folie, Paris 11ème, with a message indicating the arrival of a train at 5:30.
