Description

Monument to Pasteur in Chartres, adorned with a bust and a bas-relief depicting pastoral scenes, surrounded by French flags. The reverse bears an address to Madame Joseph Baisiel in Laval (Mayenne) and a 10-centime postage stamp from 1903, canceled in Chartres on May 5, 1903.
