Commemorative monument in Chartres dedicated to the children of Eure-et-Loir, with visible inscription on the pedestal and a crowd in the background. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Bastien in Paris, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Chartres dated September 15, 1901.
