Black-and-white view of Chartres taken from the Pont-Neuf, showing the cathedral with its two spires and the buildings along a canal. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Mr. Maurice Glarze in Verdun, with a 5-cent postage stamp and a cancellation stamp from Chartres dated May 21, 1908.
