Description

View of the Tower of the Benches, the last remaining vestige of the 5th-century castrum of Autun, with the church and bishopric in the background. Printed text on the front explains the history of the site and mentions the handover of the main gate by Mr. Bulliot to the Société Edouenne. Reverse: French postcard dated 1910, 5 centimes postage stamp, sent to Mr. Arantz de Bouturier in Dijon, with handwritten text 'Bien bonjour, Nous embrasse, E. Mzzy.'
