View of the Château d'Anet, specifically its Charles-le-Mauvais door from the 16th century, with stone walls covered in ivy and a central gateway. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Terry in Paris, with the inscription 'Ves amities' and a 5 centimes postage stamp with cancellation.
