View of the gate of the Anet castle, built in 1340 by Charles-le-Mauvais, King of Navarre, of which only this entrance remains. Printed text on the front mentions the history of the castle and the publisher. Back: handwritten address to Fernand Gay du Bois in Perret (Seine) and a 5-centime French postmark canceled.
