Richly decorated interior of a room in the Château de Chantilly, with a crystal chandelier, stuccoed walls adorned with painted panels, and armchairs with ornate patterns. Printed text at the bottom: 'CHATEAU DE CHANTILLY. — The Apartments. — The Room. — LL.'. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monseigneur' in Paris, with a 10 centimes French Republic postage stamp canceled in Paine-St-Denis on March 23, 1908.
