View of the fortified castle of Fervacques in Calvados, dated around 1931, showing a paved passage leading to the main entrance framed by stone walls and greenery. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame M. Guérin in Gigny, near Oranais, dated July 29, 1931, with a stamp and postmark from Calvados.
