On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 18, 1933, sent to Madame Élisabeth Stéphenson in Paris, with a violet 40-centime stamp and a cancellation from Noirmoutier. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom: Éditions artistiques Raymond Bergevin, La Rochelle.
