Description

Postcard showing Clochegeourde Castle, surrounded by vegetation, with an inscription indicating that it was long inhabited by Honoré de Balzac. The back features a handwritten letter dated July 27, 1918, addressed to a friend, mentioning family news and memories of countryside life in Lachache.
