Description

View of the coast of Châtelailly-Plage under stormy weather, with crashing waves on a stone quay. The back features handwritten correspondence dated January 9, 1924, addressed to M. G. Brisset in La Rochelle, and mentions the publisher R. Borgevin. A 10-centime Pasteur postage stamp is affixed at the lower left, with a circular cancellation from Deux-Évres dated 12-10-24.
