View of the Town Hall and Justice Palace of Châtellerault, with an imposing façade and a bell tower. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Guezet in Paris, with a 15 centimes stamp and a postmark from Châtellerault dated 1913. The handwritten text expresses affectionate greetings.
