Description

View of Chaumont Castle with its large towers and drawbridge, located on a cliff overlooking the Loire Valley. The reverse details its history: built as early as 940, razed in 1465, rebuilt by the Counts of Champagne, and later transformed in the 17th century. Printed text on the reverse, with mention of the 'Paul Tauberge' collection.
