Black and white view of the entrance to a natural cave, the Glacier, in Chaux-les-Passavant, with visible stalactites. The printed text indicates « Picturesque Sites of Franche-Comté » and number 504. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Piene Schott in Basel, with a 40-centime blue stamp and a cancellation from Châteaux-le-Monument Historiques.
