Illustrated postcard showing the bell tower of Chemnitz Town Hall with a carillon and sculptures depicting figures at different hours. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated December 29, 1938, sent from Chemnitz to Paris, with a 15 pfennigs postage stamp and a Chemnitz cancellation. The publisher is listed as 'Verlag W.
