Night view of Cherbourg with a sailing boat leaving the port under the moonlight. Printed text at the top: '50. - CHERBOURG. — Boat Leaving the Port under the Moonlight.' On the reverse, handwritten address to Mr. and Mrs. J. Laguennue in Lille, with a 20 centime stamp and a postmark from Cherbourg dated September 24, 1905.
