Description

View of the stables in the Auvare quarter of Nice, with many donkeys lined up in stalls and a man in work clothes in the center. The reverse has handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Chatan in Aubenas (Ardèche), with two 20-cent stamps and a postmark from Nice dated September 11, 1933. The publisher is mentioned in the lower right corner: 'Éditions Alpes-Mèdes, 157th edition'.
