Aerial view of a Chinese architectural complex with red-tiled roofs, surrounded by greenery, on which is printed in Chinese characters '燕京武門煤山' (Gate of Beijing, Coal Mountain). The reverse features a handwritten letter in French addressed to Saint-Louis, with a 10-centime French postmark and a cancellation of 'PARIS 25 3 08'.
