View of the Town Hall in Cholet, a classical-style building with a central balcony and clock, framed by trees and a fence. On the reverse, correspondence dated 9 July 1912 addressed to M. Pierre Ponder in Concarneau, with a 5-centime French postage stamp and a postmark.
