Description

View of the Excelsior-Hôtel-Régina in Cimiez, a large building with a classical façade surrounded by gardens and palm trees. The reverse features a handwritten address to Marie-Louise Morin in Nice, an inscription 'A kiss to all' and a 2-franc green stamp canceled in Nice on April 18, 1909.
