Description

View of the ruins of the Cinq-Mars-la-Pile castle, with a cylindrical tower and another ruined section, rebuilt on the site of the old Swiss fortress. The back features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Bugaud Gréde in Paris, with a blue 25-centime stamp canceled in Tours on June 11, 1906.
