Panoramic view of the Cité de Carcassonne, highlighting its medieval walls and towers from the Montée de la Porte d'Aude. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 9 May 1929, addressed to Madame Raymond Fidal in Gard, with a 50-centime stamp and a postmark from Carcassonne.
