Description

View of the Fontaine d'Amboise in Clermont-Ferrand, a beautiful Gothic structure dating from 1515, built by Jacques d'Amboise, who had his coat of arms placed there. The fountain, originally located next to the cathedral, was later moved to Place Delille and then to Cours Sabion in 1808. On the reverse, the card features the publisher 'Salal' and a note stating 'Bagnas, St-Gérand-le-Puy (Allier)' at the bottom left.
