View of the river L'Allier in Clermont-Ferrand, at the Pont de Cournon, with trees and green banks. The back bears a handwritten address to Madame Coupey in Paris, an inscription 'Postcard to be used only in the Internal Service (France, Algeria and Tunisia)' and a 10-centime postage stamp cancelled in Clermont-Ferrand on 12 July 1913.
