View of the Notre-Dame du Port cathedral in Clermont-Ferrand, with its imposing bell tower with spire and its ancillary buildings. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Jules Baudelot in Caen, with a postmark and a cancellation stamp from Clermont-Ferrand dated 18 June 1918.
